Refund and Returns Policy

 
At JEETER JUICE MARKET, we are dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional experience, from the moment they discover our premium cartridges  and other products to the moment they enjoy them. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have established a comprehensive refund and returns policy to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
 
Refunds
We understand that occasionally a product may not live up to a customer’s expectations. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from JEETER JUICE MARKET for any reason, we are happy to offer a full refund, no questions asked.
 
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will work with you to process the refund and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
 
Please note that refunds are only available for unopened, unused products. We are unable to offer refunds on any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
 
Returns
In addition to our refund policy, we also offer a hassle-free returns process for any items you may wish to exchange or return.
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or email sales@jeeterjuicemarket.com to obtain a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label.
 
Once the item is received and inspected, we will either replace the product with an identical item or issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
 
Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate all reasonable requests, there are a few exceptions to our refund and returns policy:
 
1. Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any perishable items, such as pre-rolls or edibles.
 
2. Discontinued Products: If an item you purchased is no longer available in our inventory, we may not be able to issue a replacement. In such cases, we will provide a full refund.
 
3. Shipping Errors: If an item is received damaged or in a different condition than expected due to a shipping error, we will gladly issue a full refund or replacement, including any applicable shipping costs.
 
4. In case of any seizures we provide a complete refund or replacement.
